What You'll Be Doing: In this exciting, high-impact role, you will be responsible for: Identifying, pitching, and securing new tactical campaign opportunities with blue-chip clients across a range of sectors, including FMCG, fashion, electronics, automotive, leisure, retail, financial services, and telecoms. Using your consultative sales approach and strong business acumen to engage with marketing and brand managers at all levels. Understanding client challenges and objectives, then crafting innovative TLC solutions to drive measurable results. Focusing on securing 1-3 month campaign projects, with opportunities to identify larger, multi-year contract prospects. Working closely with our marketing, creative, and account management colleagues to deliver exceptional client experiences. What We're Looking For: Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or the customer engagement space. Ability to quickly understand client pain points and translate them into creative, high-impact TLC solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence decision-makers. Strategic mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing/advertising principles. Proactive, entrepreneurial approach and passion for networking and building relationships. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Familiarity with loyalty, SaaS, media, or other B2B sectors is a bonus.
