We're doing away with an outdated business process to end out-of-pocket spending, encourage autonomy and give finance teams trust in employees.
You'll be selling the SaaS tool (company spending solution) that comes with physical prepaid cards that are then distributed to all employees of the company.
But Pleo's about more than just paying for stuff.
You'll be helping our customers simplify and streamline their invoices, reimbursements, subscriptions – the lot.
Pleo is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Sales hub in Lisbon, while supporting customers in the Danish region.
The BDA team is expected to assist the Small Customers on their journey with Pleo, from their early days in the platform to becoming Pleo advocates.
This role is a hybrid role: primarily focusing on helping our smaller customers sign up to Pleo, and adopt our features on their journey to become Pleo fans.
This role will be based from our Lisbon office?, which is our exciting Sales Hub.

Assist our teams focus on the micro-customer segment (Nurture, support, and process sales for any new inbound lead belonging to our micro-customer segmentSpeak to Pleo customers, encouraging and teaching them to grow and adopt more advanced Pleo features to get the most out of our serviceFocus on keeping our customers happy to ensure they stick with PleoGrow the volume of customers that are referred by Pleo PartnersReceive, qualify, and triage all inbound communication from all communication channels; email, and/or other performance marketing channelsWork to hit various daily and weekly revenue KPI'sWhat we need from you on the first day: A degree OR prior experience working in a call centre environmentMotivation to take your first steps into a Sales/ Customer Success careerThrive in an ever-changing environment, developing as we growExceptional people skills.
