We are currently seeking a motivated Business Development and Sales Support Analyst to support our Senior Business Development Manager in driving the adoption of our cutting-edge mortgage lending technologies.
Overview:
This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on consulting experience who will support our sales team in tailoring technology solutions to meet clients' needs in the lending financial industry, specifically mortgage ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Enablement: Help create sales materials, presentations, and proposals that demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and the value of our technology solutions. Client Engagement: Support the sales team in engaging with potential clients, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating how our solutions can address their requirements. Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our technological solutions and services and communicate their value effectively to clients. Market Analysis: Research into market trends, competitor offerings, and potential client challenges to provide insights to strengthen sales strategies. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) for financial services clients. Consultative Support: Leverage consulting experience to offer strategic input and advice during client meetings and sales. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and provide feedback from the field to inform product and service improvements. Client Relationship Management: Assist in nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for expanding business with existing clients. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience within the financial services sector, namely in lending, with a proven track record in sales support or sales engineering roles. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the financial services lending industry, including trends, regulatory landscape, and client needs. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with financial technology solutions, core banking systems, API management, and advanced analytics is a plus. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compellingly. Expected good written and oral English levels, with Spanish spoken and writing skills being immensely appreciated. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess client requirements and develop tailored solutions. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality support within tight timelines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with multinational consulting or IT firms. Demonstrated success in a client-facing sales support role within the financial services sector.
