As our business continues to grow, we are actively seeking an Analyst to offer direct support to the Head of Business Development .
DESCRIPTION Support the Business Development team in identifying and qualifying international leads. Assist in developing strategies for prospecting and generating new business opportunities. Work closely with the Head of Business Development and the local market manager to expand our international client portfolio. Manage the sales pipeline and help prepare commercial proposals. RESPONSABILITIES Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and strategies to the team. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of business development efforts with company goals. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering , Sciences, Management, Economics, or a related field. Strong interest in commercial activities and a desire to grow in a role with significant personal and professional development potential. Previous experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally in consultancy, is valued. Dynamic, organised , and results-driven with strong teamwork and independent work capabilities. REQUIREMENTS Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. DIFFERENTIALS Knowledge of Spanish, French, German or Italian will be considered a plus. Previous experience in the financial sector or consulting industry.
