Descrição As a Business Developer, this candidate will play an essential role in driving the company growth by developing a wide range of strategic and operational tasks to enhance the market position and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and driving the strategic growth and expansion; Building and maintaining relationships with clients; Conduct market researchto identify business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential markets; Understanding of customer preferences and differences across cultures; Oversee end-to-end execution of expansion projects; Financial projections, cost optimization, and risk assessment; Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; Cross-functional communication to ensure the effectiveness of the strategies; Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings to communicate progress and results. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong business awareness and understanding of business models. Knowhow in Real Estate markets. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
