Responsibilities:Utilize exceptional persuasive skills and deep knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors to engage with potential clients;Highlight the advantages of the software and service offerings in a proactive manner;Collaborate with software providers and internal teams to deliver optimal service and support to clients;Manage the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to closing deals, ensuring post-sale satisfaction;Consistently achieve sales targets and objectives;Report directly to the Country Lead and work closely with the international sales team.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Engineering or relevant field;Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the industrial, civil, or business engineering sectors;Fluency in English;Experience in software or construction and engineering is a plus;Knowledge of Oracle Construction and Engineering products;Flexibility to travel for business purposes.What We Offer:Direct employment contract with the client;Opportunity to learn and grow with a leading international project controls service provider in the construction and engineering industry;Attractive remuneration package including a company car and performance-based profit sharing system.
