Develop and execute growth strategies, including business plans and financial models.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the market, competitors, stakeholders, opportunities, and risks.
Efficiently manage Business Development budgets.
Conduct sales calls and meetings, monitoring performance against targets.
Identify, develop, and implement business development channels and strategies for capital raising.
Cultivate relationships with existing and new sales channel partners.
Develop a direct referrals strategy, ensuring effective agreement implementation.
Implement an Investor Relations approach with communication plans.
Conduct regular calls with existing investors.
Explore and implement digital marketing initiatives.
Availability to travel.
Perfil ideal
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, marketing or related discipline - or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Curious and able to think and research in order to build innovative forms to differentiate.
Strong service mindset with the ability to identify business and capital raising opportunities for the company.
This position requires strong time management and organization skills.
Ability to work and engage with senior level external stakeholders and network and represent the company at global conferences and events.
Result-driven individual that takes initiative, is positive and proactive.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
