BUSINESS, DATA ANALYTICS AND INSIGHTS INTERN
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will support the delivery of the day to day D&A activities. You will assist in producing budgeting and planning reports, data analysis, as well as supporting process improvement projects with the D&A team.
Other responsibilities will include:
Supporting business planning and decision making through financial analysis.
Calculating scenarios based on expectations.
Collecting feedback and preparing communication plans to share outputs.
Taking ownership of complex calculations through understanding inputs and their relationships to the problem.
Understanding, preparing and analyzing ad hoc reports.
Develop new and existing data models that are tailored to create insights about the sales of Amgen's products.
Learn, provide support and training on the internal CRM system.
Using reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau) to develop new and maintain existing reporting dashboards and to deliver insight and drive action for the affiliate teams.
Support on capacity calculation and territories.
Supporting ACCP continuous improvement activities by leveraging technologies.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Required experience and skills:
University Degree in engineering, data analytics, management, mathematics, computer science, business intelligence or related field.
Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.
Strong Excel knowledge.
Desire to learn and apply your university studies in the industry.
Preferred Knowledge:
Working knowledge of IS systems, such as MS Office applications, SQL, Tableau.
Demonstrates a service-minded attitude, and desire to learn.
Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to synthesize information and generate suggestions for improvement.
