Associate Field Excellence

What you will do
The Associate Field Excellence supports the delivery of day-to-day D&A activities and delivery of sales and activities data to the country teams. The responsibilities include development and maintenance of data model and reporting in Tableau, resource planning and business analysis, performance tracking and monitoring, territory management and data quality and support for the wider business Units within ACCP and Amgen.
Some of the responsibilities involve:

Collect feedback and prepare communication plans to share outputs.
Take ownership of complex calculations through understanding inputs and their relationships to the problem.
Upload, management and storage of complex data.
Understand, prepare and analyze ad hoc reports.
Storage and maintenance of reports.
Communicate competently with regional hubs.
Developing new and existing data models that are tailored to create insights about the sales of Amgen's products.
Providing support and training on the internal CRM system.
Providing support on Plan of Action (POA) and SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) processes.
Using reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau) to develop new and maintain existing reporting dashboards and to deliver insight and drive action for the affiliate teams.
Support on capacity calculation and territories.
Field force sizing, targeting and efficacy/effectiveness.
Supporting wider business units on an ad hoc basis (Finance/FP&A/Business Enablement/Continuous Improvement).

What we expect of you
Our ideal candidate is a collaborative individual with strong analytical skills, capable of handling large datasets, and enjoys delving into problems to identify their root causes. They are result-driven, possess great time and process management abilities, and are adept at solving problems.
Proven experience and skills needed:

University Degree in commerce, marketing, economics, engineering, mathematics, healthcare or related field
1+ years working in a data related field ideally Data and Analytics
Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
Strong knowledge of Excel
Basic knowledge of Tableau and/or BI tools
Persuasive, resilient and problem solver
Communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Requirements

Demonstrates a service-minded attitude
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
Clearly explains processes and procedures
Fluency in multiple European languages
Medium SQL knowledge
