Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
We are currently preparing for the transition from SAP R/3 to S/4 HANA. At the same time, we are challenging our processes to design state-of-the-art solutions. The challenge? We need your deep expertise in profitability analysis , cost and profit center controlling , and SAP FI/CO to help us rethink and redesign how we work!
Bring expertise in SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) to support core processes in controlling, financial, and management accounting, using SAP R/3 as the primary IT tool;
Actively contribute to identifying data cleansing and process harmonization needs across SAP systems within the financial and controlling areas;
Participate in central business process reviews and assist in implementing local cutover activities and organizational change measures (OCM), including test case execution and issue resolution;
Support project-related training, create and review training materials, interface with users, and assist the training manager in delivering effective learning;
Collaborate with the Plant Coordinator (PLC) to contribute to lessons learned activities and enhance financial processes.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: University degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: More than 2 years of professional experience in operative controlling in a global industrial company or as a financial business analyst/consultant in the automotive industry; first experience in project management.
Know How: Profound knowledge in SAP R/3 FI/CO.
Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Working Style and Methods: Self-organized, focused, with strong analytical skills to develop fresh ideas and provide customer solutions; ability to drive change and solve problems.
Personality: Team player with strong communication skills; open communicator, comfortable using virtual collaboration tools as well as in-person.
Other: Willingness to travel.
