Job Description Design, develop, and test automation workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath or Power AutomateCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirementsCreate detailed technical specification documents for RPA projectsDevelop and implement RPA solutions, including bots, robots, and associated toolsEnsure proper integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and databasesProvide guidance on process design and optimizationCreate comprehensive process and end-user documentationTroubleshoot and resolve issues in both development and production environmentsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesStay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath or Power Automate.Strong proficiency in designing technical specification documents for RPA projects.Solid understanding of workflow-based logic and process automation concepts.Experience with databases, including SQL or NoSQL.Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.Knowledge of enterprise software systems and APIs.Understanding of Agile development practices and methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.RPA Developer certifications are a plus.
