Job Description Define the architecture and technical strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams.Lead the team in the implementation and maintenance of distributed systems, including hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure.Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, seeking new technologies and processes to optimize operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven experience in implementing and supporting distributed systems, with a focus on the energy and fuels sector.Solid knowledge of project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, results-oriented mindset, and effective team collaboration.Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
