Let's fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Job DescriptionConduct thorough analysis of business processes and user needs to identify and define clear and concise business requirements;Document business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories in a structured and organized manner;Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, IT, marketing, and pricing as well as external stakeholders;Elaborate proposals to different clients;Performance analysis.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree;Minimum of 3 years experience in Technology Strategy;Experience in digital product development, including launching successful products, prototypes or proof of concepts;Experience in Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Design Thinking;Knowledge of Jira;Proficiency in Portuguese and English;Critical and strategic thinking;Excellent analysis and communication skills;Analytical skills and a high level of autonomy and responsibility.Additional InformationThe Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
