Let's fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and user needs to identify and define clear and concise business requirements;Document business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories in a structured and organized manner;Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, IT, marketing and pricing as well as external stakeholders;Elaborate proposals to different clients;Performance analysis.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree;3 years minimum of experience in Technology Strategy;Experience in digital product development, including launching successful products, prototypes or proof of concepts;Experience in Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Design Thinking;Knowledge of Jira;Proficiency in Portuguese and English;Critical and strategic thinking;Excellent analysis and communication skills;Analytical skills and a high level of autonomy and responsibility.The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
