Let's fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Responsibilities:Clients meeting to gather requirements;Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts;Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed;Analyze and decompose complex requirements;Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions;Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation;Oversee the development of the product as per the specification.Qualifications:Ability to interpret business needs;Experience in developing user stories (Agile);Experience in JIRA;Requirements gathering and transposition to user stories (Agile);Process design;Good communication skills in English and Portuguese;Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;Excellent proactivity sense;Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills;Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;Prior client-facing experience.To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive, think creatively and have a problem solver mindset.
