The Business Consultant is part of the Services team who are in charge of implementing, supporting and evolving our HR compensation & performance management platform across our customer base globally.
Duties and Responsibilities Understanding and becoming an expert in the beqom platform; the benefits it brings to clients, how it is configured and how data flows in & out.Lead workshops with clients to understand their existing performance/compensation processes.Mapping those processes as-is and designing to-be with the knowledge of the platform, being able to confidently present areas of improvement for the client.Configuring or assisting our clients in configuring the platform. Assisting them in testing and training.Understanding of the HR data needs.Must Have 5+ years of client facing consulting experience.Knowledge of HR business processes/IT systems.Self-confident to drive conversations with stakeholders.Team player with excellent communication skills.Fluent in English.Willingness and ability to travel.Nice to Have Knowledge of HR compensation and/or Sales Performance Management.Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, and/or SalesForce.A general knowledge of the Windows Azure infrastructure and cloud/SaaS business applications.Hands-on experience with web services, Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar tools.Experience with Project Management, Support & ITIL processes.A degree in computer science or business information technology.Detailed knowledge of the MS SQL Server/ Microsoft BI platform.Why Join Us?
