This role is pivotal in supporting project managers of several EU-funded projects in facilitating interactions with external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth implementation of European funded projects.The successful candidate will play a crucial role in organising and managing events such as co-creation workshops, planning and coordinating meetings, and arranging secondments. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of managing diverse tasks and supporting the strategic goals of the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory.Job DutiesThe job duties will be the following:Support in organising and implementing workshops, secondments and hackathons, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among participants; Plan meetings with external stakeholders, ensuring all logistical and communication aspects are handled efficiently; Compile and report on the outcomes of stakeholder engagement activities, including preparing detailed reports and summaries; Assist in managing interactions with stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, and fostering positive relationships; Collaborate with relevant internal units and research groups to ensure alignment and support for project activities; Maintain accurate records of activities, communications, and outcomes to support project reporting; Provide general administrative support to the Business and Strategic Relations team as needed.Mandatory QualificationsEducationUniversity degree in Public Administration, or Management.
