We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.What are you going to do?Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Charles River software, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting;Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the Charles River platform;Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Charles River software with other systems and applications.Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation using Charles River software.Provide training and support to end users to maximize their proficiency in utilizing the software's capabilities.Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Charles River software and assess their potential impact on our asset management operations.Participate in the implementation of new features and modules within Charles River software, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to address complex technical challenges and enhance the functionality of the software.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field;Proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on asset management and a deep understanding of Charles River software;Strong knowledge of investment management processes and best practices;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions within Charles River software;Proficiency in SQL and database management;Relevant certifications in Charles River software or asset management are advantageous; Good Interpersonal and communicational skills;Written and verbal communication skills in English (=B2, mandatory).What do we have to offer you?Health Insurance;Feedback&Coffee – the system that includes Aubay's Performance Management Cycle, with regular moments of feedback and the Career Progression Model;Working model: hybrid;A Training Academy designed to think of you and your needs.
