Tasks Analyze and document business requirements and processes to inform software development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and deliverables.
Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
Identify, track, and resolve defects or issues through a structured testing process.
Provide clear and actionable feedback to developers and project managers to facilitate continuous improvement.
Requirements At least 3 years as a Business Analyst for software development At least 3 years' experience in banking area but not necessarily CLM or CRM exposure Experience with SQL Experience with manual testing Strong English communication skills is a Must, French is a nice-to-have High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members Benefits 22 days of annual vacation leave (+ 3 additional days on us!
