INDIXIS users need a very quick answer to their support requests (less than 1 hour):Level 1 support: Users Habilitations, application settings, hot fix in production, relaunch failed reportsLevel 2 Support: Analyze and fix profitability computations, analyze and fix application feed intersystems, etc.You will get in touch with Sales, Management, and Traders of the marketplace located worldwide (Europe, US, Asia).
