THE ROLE We're creating a loved brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins! As a Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in driving our brand's evolution across Europe. You will be key in our internal planning, investor relations, and business performance. You will be working together with the CEO and have a broad influence on the company. Specifically, we expect you to: Run and improve our internal planning framework, including OKRs, progress measures, and weekly/monthly reviews. Own and coordinate investor relations, in partnership with Finance: Board preparation, reporting, formalities, requests, and new fundraising. Implement solid business performance frameworks, namely company scorecards and team reports. Help with financial analysis and forecasts to drive strategic decisions, model improvements, or product development. Run strategic research and business cases to drive future planning and roadmaps. Prepare M&A analysis and discussions. Mandatory requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in multiple companies. Experience in a top-tier business consulting company like McKinsey or BCG. Hands-on experience on financial analysis, reporting and business cases. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Dashboards, etc). Experience at B2C businesses. Experience with investor relations or at a VC fund. Experience at a medium-sized startup. Experience with OKRs, Roadmaps and prioritization systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
