The B2C Operations Department of EDP Comercial , leader in energy and energy efficiency services, intends to recruit for the Processes and Switching area. Job Description: Analyze processes both quantitatively and qualitatively to identify opportunities for improvement; Design and implement transformation plans to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization; Develop analyses and reports tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making and identify process improvement opportunities; Optimize and develop operational reports to support team activities and identify process gaps; Conduct data analysis to identify new automation solutions or process transformations; Propose and monitor KPIs, budget control, and contribute to the development of Business Plans; Support cross-functional management of B2C contracting processes; Work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver tangible results through the implementation of improvement initiative . What kind of profile are we looking for? Bachelor or Masters in the area of Technology - Industrial Engineering and Management, System Management, etc; Up to 5 years of professional experience in: Developing and tracking KPIs to drive performance improvement; Data Analysis and Trend Forecasting; Process analysis, improvement, and implementation. Mandatory Technical Skills : SAS, SQL Server, MySQL, Power BI and other BI tools; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets; Preferred Knowledge: Agile Methodology, Commercial Cycle Process Improvement Methodology; Fluency in English - mandatory: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; Team spirit, interpersonal skills, problem-solving orientation, critical thinking, and analytical skills are highly valued competencies.
