Job Description:
We are now looking for a Business Analyst - Scheduling Support for Airbus GBS team.
Responsibilities - your mission:
Manage TOP LEVEL and detailed scheduling for the engineering activities.
Unified Planning Detailed Schedule updated.
Follow up of the interdependencies and the overall planning.
Anticipation of main risks and issues due to the evolution of the planning.
Support to the chief engineer's office in the coordination of the engineering activities.
Control of deviations in schedule and budgets (man-hours).
Support to the chief's engineer office in the budgeting process and the control of the programs.
Be focal point within Engineering with other organizations involved in the Programme (Programs, Operations, Services, ….) scheduling tasks.
For the planning tasks will be in supporting in the following activities:
Execution of annual budget OP / EACs / Forecast.
Coordination and management of budget (WL) deltas / roll over.
Eng. Offers coordination from KoM to delivery to finance for formalization.
Workload management.
Plans and WL control.
SAP Management.
On top of the operational activities, be an active member of local projects with the Portuguese Team at Airbus Portugal.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
Educated to degree level in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in Engineering.
Experience in Integrated Planning within Engineering will be valuable.
Experience in Project Management.
English advanced.
Spanish and or German will be valuable.
