Mission We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for Salesforce usage.Provide training and support to end-users.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest improvements.Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features.Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.Good level of English.Good level of French.Organization Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
