Our activities are primarily focused on finance, life science, retail, and energy.What will you do?- Regulatory Expertise: Utilize your depth understanding of MiFID/R II & III regulations to provide insights and guidance to the consulting team; stay updated on regulatory developments and communicate their implications to stakeholders.- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the bank's management and operational teams, to gather detailed requirements for the operational implementation of MiFID/R II; work closely with business units to identify gaps and ensure compliance.- Formulars/Questionnaires Development: Assist in the design and implementation of client profiling and risk assessment formulars/questionnaires; ensure the bank has a comprehensive understanding of each client's profile and risk appetite to protect their assets and interests effectively.- Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management; ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.- Multitasking and Other Regulatory Matters: Demonstrate the ability to work on concurrent regulatory projects.
