Responsibilities:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Working closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage a complex backlog.
Aligning with development teams, architects, and other business analysts to identify dependencies and clarify requirements.
Eliciting and analyzing business, stakeholder, and solution requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for each feature or change request.
Collaborating with designers to create mockups of the final product.
Verifying that the product meets customer needs by conducting usability tests or reviewing feedback.
Profile sought:
Education:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 2+ years as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
Experience delivering cloud-based software projects.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and implementation experience.
Familiarity with Gherkin syntax to create user stories.
Understanding of distributed programming models using web services and modular approaches.
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and data analysis tools.
Other Skills:
Collaborative team player with effective communication skills.
Professional fluency in English (non-negotiable).
Strong technical expertise for informed decision-making.
