Your contribution to something big: Take full ownership of master data management processes, ensuring the seamless flow of material and customer master data for our Fire product business.Oversee the end-to-end data maintenance lifecycle, aligning with our strategic vision and operational goals.Collaborate with user departments to gather, prioritize, and implement requirements in harmony with the Master Data Management (MDM) strategy.Identify inefficiencies in processes and develop innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.Lead the coordination of process changes, deploying tools and methods that enhance data quality and operational excellence.Shape future-ready master data maintenance processes that align with post-carve-out objectives.What distinguishes you: Education: Completed studies in Industrial Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Proven knowledge of master data in SAP, particularly customer and material master modules.Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO).Hands-on experience with workflow tools and their implementation.Know-how:Background in data governance and master data management processes.Agile project management experience and a track record of collaboration between IT and user departments are advantages.Languages: Excellent proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.Working Style and Methods: Strong communication skills paired with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Personality: A team player who thrives in international, motivated, and closely connected teams.What we offer: Health insurance and medical office on site (nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy, and general clinic).Training opportunities (i.e., technical training, foreign languages training) & certifications.Opportunities for career progression and continuous professional development.Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products.Sports and health-related activities (gym).Free transports from Porto.Success stories don't just happen.
