Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Project Manager or Product owner and business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, use cases, and workflows. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications - acceptance criteria. Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions. Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality. Participate in frequent project and /or scrum meetings. Actively follow the progress of the project phases or sprints to confirm implementation meets the intent of success/acceptance criteria. Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Experience delivering Chemistry & Lab softwares (Eg. Electronic Lab Notebook, LIMS etc) and/OR Product Information Management system 3+ years as a Business Analyst or in a related role. 3+ years of implementing or developing software experience. Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation. Proven ability to translate non-technical information into a technical level of detail that developers can work with.
