YOUR ROLE:
Oversee the activities, make sure processes are followed, tickets are managed in time & quality;
Manage directly L3 ticket or projects;
Analyse releases and product features to provide proposal for enhancements and added value.
YOUR PROFILE
At least 1 year of experience on learning management system with Cornerstone or similar;
English is mandatory;
French is nice to have;
