What is Taleo looking for? 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst: we look for an individual with a proven track record in the field of business analysis, possessing the skills and expertise necessary to excel in this role. Strong experience with Change Management: a critical aspect of this role is to facilitate organizational change by effectively managing the transition processes, so your experience in this area will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives. Experience in Digital Transformation Projects: our company is committed to staying at the forefront of digital innovation, so a demonstrated experience in digital transformation projects is essential. An analytical, logical, and flexible approach to problem-solving: we require individuals who can think critically and adapt to dynamic business environments, employing a systematic and creative approach to problem-solving. Ability to write concise documents with a strong attention to detail: effective communication is a key aspect of this role, therefore you should be able to translate complex data and insights into clear, concise, and well-documented reports. Self-motivated with an ability to show initiative and take responsibility: we value self-driven individuals who can proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of their work. Spoken and written English: proficiency in English is a must, as you will be working in an international environment. Nice to have : previous experience in the Insurance sector, while not a requirement, it would be considered an asset, as well as experience working with Jira or a similar project management tools.
