THE JOB We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Business Analyst for an international project in the banks sector.
YOUR DAY TO DAY Monitor the production of night treatments Conduct incident and anomaly analysis and follow the issues until resolution with Kelia provider Perform pre-deployment correction tests and to accompany production deployments Main contact for technical user support Ensure the execution of quarterly and yearly accounting closings Project business needs into a computerised solution Carry out the impact assessment (deliverable specifications), based on the expression of need (JIRA sheet) and under the guidance of the Application Manager Monitor developments and make the necessary settings in Kelia Take part in the validation of the test book and prepare transfer to production Analyze and correct deficiencies during the warranty phase.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Fluency in french Minimum 6 years' experience in Business Analysis Prior experience with Kelia software is mandatory Knowledge in MS Office and JIRA Very Strong analytical and synthesis skills Strong communication skills for user support Autonomy Rigor / Structured Proactivity / Sense of initiative Coordination and motivation skills Systematic, critical and logical thinking Summarization capabilities Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.
