About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in connecting business requirements with technical solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders and project teams to ensure that projects meet organizational objectives and fulfill customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting requirements, managing the product backlog, coordinating the demand pipeline, prioritizing backlog items, overseeing release planning, collaborating with development teams, facilitating system demos, and gathering stakeholder feedback. This role is expected to work with business stakeholders across the European Union.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst or Product Owner.
Good understanding of (re)insurance processes.
Proficient in at least one of the following areas: Data Management & Integration, Document Management (Input and Output Management), Business Process Automation and Improvement.
Familiarity with modern requirements gathering and documentation tools with advanced skills in Confluence, Jira or Azure DevOps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.
A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership to drive responsibilities forward and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during project implementations.

BA Certification such as Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE)
