Business Analyst

Location: Lisbon
Responsibilities:
Supporting the implementation and maintaining a common Expense claims administration tool (SAP Concur Expense and Request);
Simplify and harmonize operational processes;
Translate customer needs into functional specifications;
Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar;
Experience with Expense Claims tools (SAP Concur, others);
Knowledge of Project management methodologies;
Teamwork driven;
Good analytical skills;
Fluency in English is mandatory;
Hybrid work - office in Lisbon
