Responsibilities:
Supporting the implementation and maintaining a common Expense claims administration tool (SAP Concur Expense and Request) for internal entities based on a standard Core Model;
Simplify and harmonize operational processes;
Identify potential tool & reporting enhancements in line with the Core Model;
Translate customer needs into functional specifications in line with the Core Model;
Validate technical specifications proposed and delivered by the IT team;
Conduct and ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget;
Define test procedures; execute test scenarios and follow-up on test results;
Gather business requirements and perform business analysis if needed;
Assess risk and provide risk response plan.
Requirements:
+3 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or the implementation of systems across various tools;
Experience with expense claims tools, particularly SAP Concur, is highly appreciated;
Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices;
SAP user knowledge, especially in modules like SAP FI/CO/MM/SD, is a plus;
Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is mandatory;
Experience in translating customer needs into functional specifications and ensuring these are met by technical teams;
Ability to simplify and harmonize complex operational processes across multiple entities;
Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget;
Proficient in risk assessment and in developing effective risk response plans;
A great team spirit with the ability to work independently;
Fluent level of English;
Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
