Business Analyst

DBServices helps to design, develop and support digital platforms for large and mid-sized companies in ITC, Banking, Retail, Government, Health, and other industries in Europe and Americas. Tasks Conduct comprehensive market and business analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed business cases, process flows, and documentation to support project initiatives and decision-making processes. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations for mitigating issues to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements 5 years of experience Experience in SQL, user stories or use cases, and data modeling Knowledge of technical analysis, feature files, and agile methodologies (BDD).
