We are looking for two talented Business Analysts for learning management systems. Our teams are based in Lisbon in a hybrid model; however, we are flexible with candidates who live in other cities.
YOUR ROLE Oversee the activities, ensure processes are followed, and manage tickets in a timely and quality manner; Manage L3 tickets or projects directly; Analyze releases and product features to provide proposals for enhancements and added value. YOUR PROFILE At least 1 year of experience with compensation management systems like Beqom or similar; English is mandatory; French is nice to have; Embody Capgemini's values of Boldness, Trust, and Team Spirit, promoting collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and high-quality software delivery.
