Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Interpretation: Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for our clients. Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to support decision-making processes.Human-Centered Design: Apply Design Thinking principles to understand user needs and develop solutions that are user-focused and innovative.Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop business strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends.Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to business processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with best practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and present actionable insights. Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive consensus and buy-in.Profile Requirements: Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree is preferred.5+ years of professional experience, including business analysis, preferably within a consulting environment.Experience with Design Thinking or other human-centered design methodologies is a plus. Ability to balance analytical rigor with creative problem-solving.Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions in complex situations.Good level of English and Portuguese, spoken and written.Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
