As the biggest IT distributor in the world, our mission is to provide top-notch cybersecurity solutions, empowering businesses and individuals to navigate the digital world safely and efficiently.About the role:As a Business Development Executive in Aruba, you will be acting as internal support to the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.What you'll do:Engage with the Business Unit and General sales, running desk training, tool training, and driving product mind share.Perform presales tasks in configurators, set prices, and send offers.Support the development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth.Take ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system.Provide weekly reporting to the vendor on out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager.Support execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager.Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.Act as the point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales team.Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.What we're kindly looking for:Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience.Experience in developing business in HPE and/or Aruba.Customer focus and excellent communication skills.Initiative and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop knowledge of product and technology portfolio.IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, and Competition would be ideal.Telephone sales skills.A degree in a business-related subject is an advantage.High level of Portuguese and English, as you will have to communicate with many different countries all around Europe.Location: Lisbon preferred, Porto.What We Offer:We provide competitive compensation with regular annual salary reviews.
