Brand & Product Designer I Cosmetics

We enable beauty and personal care brands with end-to-end cosmetic solutions: From Concept to Shelf. We don't just sell cosmetics, we bring cosmetic visions to life. We are on the hunt for a dynamic and skilled designer who excels in both brand and product design. This role calls for a true allrounder; someone who can seamlessly transition from creating compelling brand identities to designing superior cosmetic products. Tasks You will host workshops to develop and refine brand identities for our brands, translating brand strategies into powerful visual concepts. You design cosmetic products that meet both aesthetic and functional standards in collaboration with our brands Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion independently, ensuring all designs meet quality and brand specifications. Collaborate across teams to support various design needs, including digital graphics for our website, marketing materials, and internal presentations. Requirements Proven experience in brand and product design, preferably in the cosmetics or related consumer goods industry. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, including graphic design, brand development, and product design. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for aesthetics and details. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
