The Job: As a Brand & Marketing Lead, you will lead the development and execution of marketing, branding, and communications strategies that resonate with founders, investors, and partners alike.
You'll have the opportunity to enhance Shilling's brand visibility and contribute to efforts that drive deal flow and support our portfolio companies' success.
What You'll Be Doing: • Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Shilling's branding strategies to ensure we remain top of mind for founders, investors, and the broader ecosystem.
• Digital Performance: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing to maximize our online presence and engage with target audiences. • Storytelling & Content: Craft compelling narratives that communicate our vision, successes, and impact on the venture capital landscape.
• Public Relations: Manage PR efforts to maintain a solid public image, including building relationships with journalists, coordinating press releases, and handling media inquiries. • Community Building: Foster a vibrant community through events, webinars, and other networking opportunities, ensuring Shilling is a hub for entrepreneurs and investors.
• Portfolio Support: Organize learning sessions and workshops for our portfolio companies, manage our founders' portal, and strengthen our partnerships to drive value. • LP Relations: Ensure a top-tier brand experience for our Limited Partners through well-organized events and personalized communication. • Event Management: Plan and execute high-impact events, including networking events, webinars, and conferences, to engage our community, portfolio, and investors.
• Team Management : Lead and mentor in-house and external resources.
Your Profile: • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in investment, startups, or technology. • Demonstrated expertise in branding, digital marketing, and storytelling. • Proven experience in public relations management and community engagement. • Comfortable networking and building relationships in a room full of strangers. • High proficiency in English, written and verbal.
