What you'll doEducate and coach Sales Reps and Account Managers on how to position Ads against Radio Ads / TV Ads and Ads as part of the marketing mix / digital Ads;Join client meetings with Sales Reps and Account Managers as an expert and convince through expertise in brand marketing;Identify segment expectations, behaviors, and attitudes to develop initiatives that ensure the customer's experience delivers on the client's brand;Identify strategies, develop plans, and lead initiatives that meet the needs of the market segment;Support agencies in their approach to brand clients and enable them to sell our client's inventory;Join Agency pitches and presentations as a Subject Matter Expert;Contribute to making our client a priority for marketing budget decision-makers.What you'll needFluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish;Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English – B2 Level;2-3 years of working experience in an international marketing agency focused on brand awareness / brand marketing campaigns;Experience in leading / building brand marketing campaigns for large clients;Understanding of how a marketing / digital agency works, buys, and sells;Knowledge about TV, Radio, or Digital Audio Advertising;Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities, and relationship management experience;Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and enjoy servicing clients with knowledge and expertise.Teleperformance Portugal Teleperformance Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe, as recognized by Great Place to Work Institute.
