Do you love advertising, and you live and breathe the concept of brand awareness & brand marketing?In this role you will be supporting the sales team in pitching brand marketing / brand awareness campaigns to top brands and large agencies in your assigned market, setting direction for sales and account management teams and influence stakeholders to ensure products, services and marketing programs meet the needs of this segment.If you are an expert in relating to agencies and clients alike, in building working campaign strategies and if you have a "willing to roll up sleeves to get it done" personality, take this opportunity to ramp up your international career path and sell what you love!Our clientSpotify it's a digital music streaming platform that gives its users access to millions of songs, podcasts and videos from artists all over the world.What you'll doEducating and coaching Sales Reps and Account Managers with expertise on how to position Ads against Radio Ads / TV Ads and Ads as part of the marketing mix / digital Ads; Go into client meetings together with Sales Reps and Account Managers as an expert and convince thorough expertise about brand marketing; Identify segment expectations, behaviors and attitudes to develop initiatives that ensure that the customer's experience delivers on the client's brand; Identify strategies, develop plans, and lead initiatives that meet the needs of the market segment; Support AGENCIES in their approach to brand clients and be an enabler for agencies to sell our client's inventory; Joins Agency pitches andpresentations as a SME / Expert; Contribute to making ourclient a priority for marketing budget decision makers.What you'll needFluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English – B2 Level; 2-3 years of working experience in an international marketing agency with focus on brand awareness / brand marketing campaigns; Led / built brand marketing campaigns for large clients; Know how a marketing / digital agency works, buys and sells; Knowledge about TV, Radio or Digital Audio Advertising; Have proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and relationship management experience; Can explain complex stuff in simple sentences that anyone can understand and enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise and a spark
