Teleperformance is recruiting a Sales Development Agent to work with our client Spotify. In this role, you will be supporting the sales team in pitching brand marketing / brand awareness campaigns to top brands and large agencies in your assigned market, setting direction for sales and account management teams and influencing stakeholders to ensure products, services, and marketing programs meet the needs of this segment.

What you'll do
Educating and coaching Sales Reps and Account Managers with expertise on how to position Ads against Radio Ads / TV Ads and Ads as part of the marketing mix / digital Ads;
Go into client meetings together with Sales Reps and Account Managers as an expert and convince through expertise about brand marketing;
Identify segment expectations, behaviors, and attitudes to develop initiatives that ensure that the customer's experience delivers on the client's brand;
Identify strategies, develop plans, and lead initiatives that meet the needs of the market segment;
Support AGENCIES in their approach to brand clients and be an enabler for agencies to sell our client's inventory;
Join Agency pitches and presentations as a SME / Expert;
Contribute to making our client a priority for marketing budget decision makers.
What you'll need
Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish;
Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English – B2 Level;
2-3 years of working experience in an international marketing agency with focus on brand awareness / brand marketing campaigns;
Led / built brand marketing campaigns for large clients;
Know how a marketing / digital agency works, buys and sells;
Knowledge about TV, Radio or Digital Audio Advertising;
Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and relationship management experience;
Can explain complex concepts in simple sentences that anyone can understand and enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise, and a spark.
