You will design branding elements for several cutting-edge crypto and iGaming products. This role requires a blend of creative graphic design skills and business acumen to ensure our brands resonate with our target audiences and align with our strategic goals.Key Responsibilities: Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop comprehensive brand strategies for each project. Visual Identity Creation: Design and refine logos, colour schemes, typography, and other visual elements to establish a cohesive and distinctive brand identity. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for a variety of mediums including websites, social media, marketing materials, and user interfaces. Consultation: Provide expert advice on branding and design trends, ensuring our projects remain modern, relevant, and competitive. Business Alignment: Align brand designs with business objectives and target audience preferences, leveraging market research and user feedback. Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand across all platforms and materials. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and integration across all aspects of the business. Highly Desired Skills :Proficiency in design software such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong understanding of branding principles and visual design trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into effective design solutions. Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand design or graphic design, preferably within the tech or crypto industry. Strong portfolio showcasing previous brand design work and graphic design projects. Creative and innovative thinker. Business-savvy with a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
