Position Summary The Brand Design Expert supports Global Brand(s) in the development, rollout and adaptation of Brand Identity and Design fundamentals to drive design excellence and consistency globally. Partnering with the assigned SBU and their Global Strategic Design Agency, the Brand Design Lead brings Zone/Market brand understanding to guide finalization of Brand Identity and Packaging Design System, and ensures Zones and Markets embrace and adapt global standards and develop Brand Identity and Packaging that reflect the SBU/GMB strategy.The key purpose is to act as design expert to advise SBU, Zone and Market stakeholders accelerate design excellence across key identity and packaging touchpoints with greater efficacy and resulting improved effectiveness.The Brand Design Expert will also support the operationalization of Brand Design as governed by the Nestlé Design Excellence Standard, partnering with preferred Agencies, leveraging Nestlé Global Solutions (e.G., Content Hub, Brand Portal guidelines, and Design to Delivery/D2D), and where relevant, identifying appropriate IBS Design Services. He/She must be able to deal with complex organizational model, with internal stakeholders (Global Design Team, SBU, Zone, IBS, IT and Markets) as well as external partners (Strategic Design Agencies, Adaptive Agencies, Artwork & Prepress Agencies) and must be able to drive change management and be a passionate advocate for driving brand design excellence and consistency.A day in the life of... - Partners with assigned SBU to support the development and finalization of BBNW (Brand Building the Nestlé Way) fundamentals related to Design (Five Senses, Brand Properties, Brand Identity, Portfolio Architecture, Packaging Design System), and associated guidelines and master files, with aim to ensure the SBU design deliverables reflect the SBU strategy and provide relevant and actionable guidance and assets for Zone/Market implementation
