Company in the commercial sector is looking for a Brand Activation Analyst (M/F) to work in Lisbon and carry out the following tasks:- Build 121 Hostesses planning: plan activities in top performing POS based on customer criteria and assign best hostesses in best POS to ensure performance.
Direct contact with retailers working closely with the commercial team- the 121 agency and customer stakeholders; - Ensure 121 Activities roll out: Day to day tracking of Hostesses activities to ensure planning target and best in class execution.
Maximize results, minimize incidences, secure stock at POS working closely with the 121 agency and the commercial team; - Participate in 121 Hostesses training: Train the hostesses team to ensure correct knowledge of the brands and campaign mechanics; - 121 Performance tracking: Manage the 121 Intelligence tools to provide high quality reports and track key KPI´s in order to achieve the established objectives pointing out successes and finding new opportunities, learnings or improvements for future actions; - 121 Consumer Campaigns: Analyze and cross information with market and brand performance to get new insights for new 121 activation initiatives in order to be competitive, proactive and make a difference vs the competition; - Handle communication between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing and Field Force to ensure excellence in execution; - Ensure a Strong and good relation and communication with 121 agency, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellence planning process and activation.- University Degree in Marketing, Business or similar; - Master's degree in marketing, MBA or similar; - Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or sales positions; - High Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI; - Team player and Strong interpersonal skills; - Strong analytical skills; - Results oriented; - High effective in planning and organization; - Acknowledged and proven proactivity, and ownership; - Acknowledged and proven oral and written communication skills; - Project Management Skills; - Ability to multitask and influence others; - A close working relationship with the Brand Activation manager and the rest of the team is required to effectively carry out delegated projects; - Regular contact and ongoing management of the external agencies and supplier is required; - Market/customer visits will be important to ensure best in class activation.
