Job Overview : We are looking for a Hungarian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team remotely from Braga .
This role involves assisting Hungarian-speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality service related to our web services.
While prior experience in customer service is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service to Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Problem-Solving : Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Order Assistance : Help customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
Technical Support : Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers (training provided).
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to solve complex issues and improve customer experience.
Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from customers to help improve services and products.
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday : 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Days Off : Saturday and Sunday Relocation : No relocation support is provided.
Candidates should already be based in Braga or willing to relocate at their own expense.
Salary Conditions : Meal Allowance : 7.23€ per working day.
Transport Allowance : Not provided.
