What do you need to join Boost – Career Acceleration Program? Education: Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics or fields related to these areas of expertise;
Experience: Maximum 3 years of professional experience. Experience in using agile methodologies is valued; Language: Fluency in English; Work style: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work in a team; Personality: High level of adaptability and flexibility. Comfort with rapidly changing priorities; Interests: Work in an international environment, within and outside of Portugal. Interest in digital transformation topics; Mobility: Availability to work in any Bosch Portugal site. Availability to work abroad for a period of time (6 or more months). Que funções irão desempenhar Bosch Career Acceleration Program – Boost For 24 months, you will have the opportunity to learn about various areas of the Bosch group, accompanied by a mentor who will support you in your career path and with whom you will have the opportunity to discuss your professional goals and receive feedback. You will also benefit from a diversified and continuous training plan.
Within this period of time you will have three assignments, in Portugal (any site) and/or international, depending on program alignment and business needs. The main business areas that will be considered in the program are:
