What will your duties be? Answering telephone calls from customers wishing to make reservations at the group's hotels;
Persuading customers to make bookings;
Answering emails.
What will make you succeed in this position? Fluency in Italian and English or Portuguese;
Professional experience in sales and/or customer service.
What do we have to offer? Full-time hybrid position;
Rotating hours from 07.00 to 00.00;
Attractive salary package + S.A (meal card);
