Tasks & responsibilities: what you can expect
In your role as Territory IT Proximity Support Agent, you will deal with IT problems of all kinds in first-level support.
This includes the installation and support of workplace and meeting room equipment as well as mobile devices. You will also be responsible for qualified fault acceptance via the ticket system, error analysis and finding solutions as part of on-site support. You will be responsible for supporting and instructing users. You are responsible for hardware procurement, repairs and hardware lifecycle management. You also create solution documentation for the knowledge base. You provide on-site support for network issues according to specifications. You will be involved in projects and rollouts in the Digital Workplace area Finally, you will be responsible for one or more key topics such as MacBook, Trader, video conferencing system support. What do we expect from you?
You have a degree in IT or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience in the IT environment. We are also happy to receive applications for lateral entry. Your good communication skills and strong service orientation set you apart. You have a solution-oriented and independent way of working.
